静かに生活できる方。(近隣が家族で住んでいる方が多いので)
家主が綺麗好きですので、清潔感がある方。掃除ができる方。
今現在1人（男性）が住んでいます。
身分証明書を提示できる方。(免許証、マイナンバーカード、健康保険証、いずれか)
緊急連絡先を教えて頂ける方。(今まで何人かシェアしましたが、一度も緊急連絡先には連絡した事はありません)
紙巻タバコを吸う方は、換気扇の下でお願いします。電子タバコは部屋で吸っても大丈夫です。


環境
最寄りの駅　歩いて２０分　車・バイク５〜１０分
最寄りのコンビニ　歩いて１０分　
最寄りのスーパー、ドラックストア　歩いて１０分
駐車場1台　駐輪場１台　

電気、水道、ガス、生活に必要な物は無料で貸し出します。無料だからと言って使い過ぎには注意してください。
（季節家電の持ち込み禁止）

Requirements
20 years old and up
Able to live quietly. (Many families live nearby.)
The landlord is a tidy person, so please be hygienic. You must be able to clean.
Currently, one person (male) is living here.
Can provide identification. (Driver's license, My Number card, or health insurance card)
Can provide emergency contact information. (I've shared with several people before, but I've never called an emergency contact.)
If you smoke cigarettes, please smoke under the exhaust fan. E-cigarettes are permitted in the room.

Location
Nearest station: 20 minutes' walk, 5-10 minutes' car/motorcycle ride
Nearest convenience store: 10 minutes' walk
Nearest supermarket/drugstore: 10 minutes' walk
One parking space, one bicycle parking space

Electricity, water, gas, and other daily necessities are provided free of charge. Please be careful not to overuse them, even though they're free.
(Seasonal appliances are prohibited.)

Process
Contact us through the website (if you're quicker, exchange LINE IDs here; this is a smoother process).
↓
Meet at a family restaurant of your choice for a face-to-face meeting (we'll explain the rules, etc.).
↓
Once both parties are satisfied, we'll show you the house.
↓
Once you're satisfied with the room after viewing, we'll schedule your move-in.

So far, seven people have shared with us.
Everyone has followed the rules and had a great time.
Since this is a site with no guarantees, you may be concerned, but if you communicate closely, your concerns will be alleviated.
