Thanks for the response, I offer for rent my apartment the room is clean and well furnished with equipment kitchen washing machine, heater, reading table, blanket, oven, Internet, towel, Microwave, Dishwasher, Cooker and double size mattress bathtub and reading table, the room is 45000 per month including the cost of all utilities plus a security deposit but the deposit is refundable at the end of termination date if there is not damage in the room.
