we are recruiting two foreign guys who want to communicate with japanese and learn japanese culture and language.

【month's rent】
you can choose from the following rooms...
one for ¥31,000 + electricity bill
male dormitory(shared room for 2 person), 9.9㎡
with storage(1.651㎡) room and balcony
※gas bill, water bill, internet bill are included in the month's rate.
※we take 1 month's rent as deposit when you live our house(we will give it back to you if you do not delay to pay rent or you do not damage something relating our house.)
※ electricity bill \1,500 (on average)
