Furnished room (approx 6 tatami mat size room) with balcony on the 5th floor in a 13 storey apartment is available for share.

The residential area is surrounding a park which is full of flowers, is neighboring a large water bird park, river and a public gym. You can enjoy Plum tree flower and Cherry blossom flower in spring from your balcony! So beautiful!

Close to commercial areas of Shin Urayasu, 5 minutes walk to Aeon and Denki shop. There is a Acore shopping mart right under the apartment. Good surroundings for walking and jogging.
There is a Gymnasium building next to the apartment ( open until 9 PM)
