The rent fee is \80,000 monthly including utilities but with conditions(details can be negotiated because utilities vary a lot by your lifestyle). It's not cheap, I know, given the location where you can have a walk to Ginza after dinner everyday if you like...Good news is there is no any initial cost except the security deposit, one month rent equivalent, which is refundable when you move out without do any damage to the house. No minimum rent term, you can stay one month or one year or longer if you like.
I'm a 9-5 salarywoman in 30s with disciplined lifestyle(getting up at 6am and go sleeping before 23pm). Mainly work at office and sometimes work at home, very flexible. Like reading, outdoors, etc. At most time, I'm very quiet, doing my own stuffs so no worries if you prefer being left alone.
