Looking for trustable 2 roomies who are able to share the room minim 1 year (or less is acceptable if you introduce an alternate person) with the budget of approx. JPY100K/person. We need to look for a new room from now. Let's do our best negotiation to a real estate company to make deposit and rental cheaper! More descriptions as follows:
1. Rent: Approx. JPY100,000/month/person (Depend on how wide)
2. Deposit: TBD (Depend on the condition and our negotiation!)
3. House keeper's fee: JPY10,000-15,000/month/person (Depend on a housekeeper's company policy)
4. Area: Around Roppongi
5. Capacity: 3 persons (1person/bed room x 3 bed rooms)
6. Term: Min. 1 year or you will need to find an alternate person if you want to move out before the term
7. Occupation: Any but must have a trustable contact in Japan (i.e. Company or friend / guardian who works for a credible company)
