東京都23区南部（品川・目黒・大田）でルームシェアしたい男性を募集しています。

＜住む場所について＞
・勤務先が品川区なので東京都南部で探しています。ですがアクセスが良いところであればそのエリア外でも相談できます
・家賃は1人6~7万円で考えています（こちらも相談可）
・3人でのルームシェアを希望しているので今回は2人募集します
・その他、細かい条件等（引越し時期など）は実際に会って相談したいと考えています！

＜自分について＞
品川区で勤務している24歳男性です。最近勤務先が変わったので近くに引っ越す為、ルームシェアをしようと考えています。大学4年間オーストラリアへ留学して、ルームシェアの経験あります。英語・日本語はネイティブレベル、スペイン語は日常会話レベルで話せます。趣味はサッカーで、今も定期的に活動しています。その他、Netflixを見たり、料理なども頻繁にします。

＜募集する方について＞
自分と近い年齢の方を募集しています。また、物件契約時の審査が通るよう、お仕事をされている方でお願いします。一緒に住む以上、共有スペースが生まれる為ルームシェアの基本的なルール（汚したら掃除する、ゴミ出しをするなど）を理解している方で募集します。お互いの意見を尊重し、楽しく住めればと思います！

Looking for 2 people interested in living in the southern Tokyo region (Shinagawa, Meguro, Ota area).

About the house:
・Looking for a place in the southern Tokyo region since my workplace is near Shinagawa. However, I'm open to discussing the area depending on accessibility, price etc.
・Thinking of paying around 60,000~70,000 yen a month per person for rent. (Also open to discussing our budget)
・Thinking of finding a place for 3, so looking for 2 people to join me this time around
・We can discuss details (move-in date etc.) once we talk in person!

About me:
I'm a 24 year old male working in the Shinagawa area. I recently moved offices, hence why I'm looking for people to share a house with. I went to university in Australia for 4 years, and lived with 2 other friends from university, so I'm familiar with the idea of share-housing. I speak fluent English/Japanese and beginner level Spanish. I enjoy playing football/soccer, watching tv shows and cooking. I'm down to have a beer and socialize, but also understand that everyone needs their private space.

About you:
Looking for someone in their 20's, who is also searching for a place to live in Tokyo. I'm looking for someone who is working full-time, since real-estate agents examine our income status, and we might not pass screening without stable income. Looking for someone who understands and respects basic house-hold rules (clean after your mess, take out the rubbish etc) with share-housing. I'm quite active, enjoys playing sports and watching tv shows, and looking for someone who I can share these experiences with!
