初めまして北海道出身25歳のShotaと申します。
神戸に仕事で引っ越してきて約1年になります。
今まで神戸市内のシェアハウスに住んでいましたが自分でシェアハウスやルームシェアを始めたく
投稿させていただきます。
今考えている物件は3DKでRC5階建の2階部分になります。
築40年ほどですがリフォームされておりとてもきれない状態です。

5畳1部屋（洋室）、6畳が2部屋（1部屋洋室+1部屋和室）+6畳のリビング+ベランダがあるため2名の募集となります。
1屋部屋にカップルで住まれたい方も可能です。男女、国籍問わず募集していただける嬉しいです。
ルールは特にありませんが、皆さんで一緒に作り上げていきたいと思っています。

家賃は光熱費+Wifi込みで38,000円ほどで考えております。（1部屋を2人で使う場合定額+光熱費として+15,000）

私は企業に勤めているためあまり家にいませんが、自由に使っていただければいいなと思っています。
生活するために道具は全て揃える予定です。乾燥機付き洗濯機も購入予定です。

My name is Shota, 25 years old from Hokkaido.
I moved to Kobe for work for about a year ago.
I currently live in a share house in Kobe city, but I would like to start a share house or room share.
The property I'm thinking about is 3DK, which is the second floor of a five-story RC building.
It's about 40 years old, but it's been renovated. So, it's pretty clean.

We are looking for 2 people because there are 1 room with 5 tatami mats (Western room) and 2 rooms with 6 tatami mats (1 room Western room + 1 room Japanese-style room) + 6 tatami living room + veranda.
It is also possible for those who want to live in one room as a couple. Hoping to see variety of people regardless of gender and race.
There are no particular rules, but we would like to work together to create them.

The rent is about 38,000 yen including utilities and Wifi. (When one room is used by two people, a fixed amount +15,000 as utility bill)

I don't stay at home very much because I work for a company 9 to 5. So, feel free to use any of the facility anytime
We plan to have all the nessesities for living. A washing machine with a dryer will also be purchased.

I speak Japanese and English no other languages.
If you are not able to speak those languages, I will try to communicate somehow!
I also try to make a comfortable enviroment for you while you are in Japan.
