security deposit required. rental dates are flexible: the apartment
will be available for a minimum of 2 months to a maximum of 3 months

summer where it's always cool and sunny.eastlake is a very cute and safe neighborhood on the lake and the the
building has good security. there is a grocery store in walking
distance and many cafes and restaurants too. there is also a bus stop
outside the door with buses that run every 15 minutes. the bus goes all
over seattle, including direct to downtown where pike place market is
and to the japanese supermarket, uwajimaya.
