長期滞在希望 で、４月後半から５月前半に入居出来、中野へ簡単に通勤出来る個室を探しています。
建物のタイプ、部屋のタイプにこだわりはありません。
４月１７日に東京に到着しますので、内覧や顔合わせはそれ以降でお願いします。

希望条件は、下記でございます。
・４月後半から５月前半に入居可能。
・家賃（光熱費等全て込み）70,000円までですが、安い部屋を優先に選びます。
・中野駅、中野坂上駅、まで徒歩、電車、バスで30分以内の場所。
・個室、家具付優先。
・長期滞在希望。
・インターネット回線利用環境。

自己紹介
・日本人女性（ 英語、日本語は共に母国語）、２６歳。
・シェア経験は約６年。
・キレイ好きで、タバコは吸いません。
・荷物は少ないです。
・保証人います。
・周囲に気を配りながらコミュニケーションを取る事が出来、一般常識も持ち合わせております。

i will be moving back to japan from the u.k. for work reasons in april.
i looking for a private room where i can easily commute to nakano and i am hoping to move in at the end of april on a long term stay basis.
i have no preference for the property type or room type.
i will be arriving in tokyo on the 17th april, therefore all property views and interviews will be after that.

property requirements
- possible to move in at the end of april to the beginning of may.
- rent budget up to 70,000yen all inclusive, however, the cheaper the better!
- within 30 mins commuting distance to nakano station or nakano sakaue station by walk, train, or bus.
- private room, furnished preferred.
- long term stay possible.
- internet connection preferred.

personal details
- japanese female (bilingual english/japanese) 26 years of age.
- 6 years property share experience.
- clean, non smoker.
- very little luggage.
- guarantor available.
- a sensible person with common sense, polite and social.
