和室6畳+キッチン4畳
押入れ・南側に窓あり
共用（２室）の広いベランダあり
トイレ、シャワー（風呂なし）のみ
一軒家を２世代住宅のような感じで・２階２室をアパートにしたような作りです。
玄関はもちろん別で、入り口は階段も別になっています。
シェアではありませんので、光熱費は自分でとなります。
必要でしたら以下は、お貸しできます。
・コンロ（２＋魚レンジ）
・湯沸かし器
・食器
・小さなテレビ
・テーブル・椅子
・ふとん
・自転車
駐車場希望の場合は、家のをお貸しします（屋根つき）
家賃４００００円（駐車場使用の場合は＋６０００円）・敷金４００００円
駅と踏み切りが本当に目の前なので、電車の音がうるさいです。
留学生・外国人歓迎です。
海外経験が長いので、英語はある程度できます。
自国の話とかできたらとってもうれしいです。

40000yen for rent(46000yen including parking lot) and 40000yen for security deposit.
