it takes 15 minutes by walk from hoya station of seibu-ikebukuro line.

the apartment is 4ldk. the room is paved a wooden carpet on the floor in the japanese-style room of 7mats and is comfortable
in a personal room(lockable), you can use the single bed, the air conditioner, and the storage shelf (space of one mat). it is possible to use it by the favor of you of the personal computer.
in the common space of the dining room(12 mats european style), you can use the system kitchen, the refrigerator, the microwave oven, and the t.v.
