the house it self has five bedrooms, so you will be shearing
common area and utilities with 4 other people.
the house is located just 8 minutes walk from hatagaya station
on keio line ( 2 minutes by train from shinjuku)
you can also walk to the yoyogi uehara station (10 minutes)
also it is within walking distance to shimokitazawa.
monthly rent is 56.000 yen plus bills. deposit is 30.000 yen.
