the apartment is 3dk and an available your own personal room.
room size is six tatami mats and there is a japanese closet in the room.
toilet is separated and the internet is unlimited.

kunitachi city is quality of the environment, close to kichijoji, shinjuku and tokyo.
it takes 5 minutes from the station, there are supermarkets, cozy cafes and restaurants.

i don't have any nationality and gender. fit the requirement is paying the rent and utilities.

the rent is 65,000 plus utilities per month.
key money and deposit are not necessary.
you don't need to worry about buying any home electronics.
privacy is very important to me.
