・エアコンなし（風通しが良いため、エアコンは必要ありません。）
・光インターネット無線接続

◇条件等
・家賃60000円
・保証金60000円（退出の1ヶ月前に通知した場合は、返金いたします。）
・月々の光熱費（インターネット等もこみで、約10000円です。）
・男女は問いません
・定職についていらっしゃる方（不動産業者に同居人登録するため、会社のidと身分証明書をコピーさせていただきます。）

・異性の連れ込みは基本的に不可（友人であれば可）

we are looking for a tenant in nishi-nippori area.
(two males are sharing the house at this moment.)

3ldk (6-tatami-mat western room is now available.)

nearest station: 1min from shin-mikawashima (keisei line)
other stations : 8min from nishi-nippori (jr, chiyoda line)
8min from machiya (chiyoda line)

there are 3 supermarket, 1 drug store, 3 convenience store, and many restaurants around the apartment.

◇facilities
・living (12-tatami-mat) is common use. (50 inch plasma tv, blu-ray player, ps3 is also available)
・refrig,gas oven,microwave, and washing machine are shared use
・bathroom and toilet is separated.
・no air conditioning（the room is well ventilated. we've lived the apartment without it for two year without problem.)
・faster optical wireless internet access is available.

◇conditions
・rent 60000yen
・key money 60000yen（this will be returned if you notice your moving-out one month before.)
・utilities（about 10000yen per month）
・you should have a regular job (photo copies of your id and company id are required.)
・no smoker
・no pets allowed
・basically, you cannot take your close friend of opposite sex to the apartment. (friends are welcomed)
