７月から入居が可能です。

very good accesses to shinjuku(5 min), and ginza(11 min) by the subway marunouchi line. close to a supermarket, and some bank atms.
there are many shops, great restaurants, and good jogging course in the neighborhood.
a view from the roof balcony is so beautiful that you could even see the tokyo sky tree! very convenient in a good location guaranteed!
メトロ丸の内線四谷三丁目駅から徒歩３分、近くには深夜まで営業している丸正スーパーの本店があり、とても便利で且つ静かな環境です。
屋上は４５㎡もありとても気持い空間です。スカイツリーも望める夜景スポット？でもあります。
