an nice and quiet area with supermarket and small restaurant near by
- great access:
only 5 min walk to ikebukuro station and sunshine city. it is very convienient.
sunny clean room: a fair size (22m) room with balcony. kitchen supply and washing machine are available too. the bed is for single but maximum load is 2(family, friend, couple doesn't matter).
