hello,
we are starting a new share house in nakano, just 5 or 6 minutes walk from the station, in a very cool neighborhood with coffee shops and small restaurants.
the house is a big family style place with 6 rooms, a huge modern kitchen and a great open common space. right now we are looking for people for four or of the rooms. the average rent is around 58000 with one large room (couple welcome) from around 74000. the house has a large outside space, areas to hang laundry, and plenty of sunlight in each room.
the house is fully furnished with sofas, beds, closets, tv etc. the deposit is only 30000. we are looking for people who can move in as soon as possible.

家は寝室6部屋あり、今4部屋が空いています。家賃は平均58000円、（家の最も大きい部屋は72000円位けど、二人入居可能）
家の各部屋は日当たり良く、家具全部付き（ベッド、机、押入れなど）
deposit は30000円だけで、礼金無し。
