TVや音楽関係の仕事をしていて、イベント企画もしたりしているので、趣味が合う方、
同じ業界の方等大歓迎です♪英語勉強中なので海外経験豊富な方も大歓迎♡

【お部屋の詳細】
★Access:駒場東大前・神泉・池尻大橋の駅まで徒歩15分
渋谷、代官山、下北等も近いです♪自転車があれば10分で行けます♪
★room:2DK(個室2、DK,3点ユニットバス、バルコニー、専用屋上)
4.5畳フローリングの個室一部屋をご提供。
屋根裏のような構造の為、収納二箇所ありますが、お荷物が少ない方を希望。
<提供可能な物>
ベッド、ベッド下収納box×4、扇風機、暖房器具、押入れ用収納棚×3、ドレッサー
こちらはご希望あればお申し付け下さい。
バルコニーは各自の部屋から行けます♪専用屋上もご自由にお使い下さい♪
★共有設備:キッチン、トイレ、バス、洗濯機、バルコニー、専用屋上、駐輪可能
ガスコンロ、冷蔵庫、オーブントースター、オーブンレンジ、湯沸かしポット、
アイロン、ミシンetc...インターネット利用可能
★家賃:月額55,000円+光熱費(平均5,000円、オーバーしたらその都度課金)
初回のみデポジットとして家賃一ヶ月分必要。（減価償却費）
★入居可能時期:10月～

I'm searching for one share mate with the location that access is convenient for in the downtown area
in a room of the top floor♪ I share a room of 2DK
I am working at the TV station, do work until basic night on weekdays, and the house is a feeling to return to sleep
at night because I do the learning afterwards.
I'm glad to share with a person who relate with TV or music or some entertainment work,
or overseas work, very welcome:))) Of course, same hobby person is warm welcome♡

★Access: It is a 15-minute walk to the station of Komabatodaimae, Shinsen, Ikejiriohashi
by bicycle,within 10min for Shibuya, Daikanyama, Shimokitazawa
★room: 2DK( private room 2, DK,3 point prefabricated bath, balcony, exclusive roof)
I provide private room one room of the 4.5 tatamis flooring.
For the structure such as the garret, there is two places of storing, but baggage hopes for little one.

Bed, bed lower storing box *4, electric fan, heater, storing shelf *3 for closets, dresser
If there is hope, please order this place.
Please use the roof for exclusive use ,and the balcony can go to from the room of each person freely♪
★Joint ownership facilities: a kitchen, a restroom, a bus, a washing machine, a balcony, the exclusive roof;
gas ring, refrigerator, toaster oven, microwave oven, kettle pot, iron, sewing machine etc...The Internet use is possible
★Rent: The monthly basis 55,000 yen + expenses for lighting and fuel (I charge it if I exceed an average of 5,000 yen each time)
I take it as deposit for rent one month only in the first time.
★Can enter it; time: October(from August is possible,if you want)
★Requirements: Woman is better. Please talk with the foreigner willingly.
