京王線飛田給駅より徒歩７分程に位置するアパートのルームメイトを募集します。※１８歳以上の女性のみ募集です。
現在のルームメイトが2015年2月末で退去されることになり、3月以降に入居していただける方を探しています。アパートは、2階建ての軽量鉄骨造、2階/角部屋です。間取りは2LDKで、6畳の広さの部屋が2部屋あり、その一つを個室として使用して頂けます。それ以外のスペースは共有です。

周辺環境は、閑静な住宅街です。駅からアパートまでの間にいくつかコンビニがあり、小規模ですが、22時まであいているスーパーがあります。2駅隣の調布駅には、パルコや西友などがあり便利です。新宿までは、電車で30分程です。

当方、31歳、女性、会社員です。
神経質にならない程度にきちんとされた方と、心地よく一緒に住めるといいなと思っています。

デポジットとして10,000円（退去時に問題なければ、お返しします）


〈月額費用〉
・家賃48,000円（インターネット代含む）
・ガス、電気、水、雑費は、その月に使用した分を折半

〈設備〉
バストイレ別、バルコニー、シャワー付洗面台、TVインターホン、南向き、追焚機能浴室、2口コンロ、冷蔵庫、洗濯機、掃除機、ソファ、ダイニングセットなどの家具、家電使用可

I am looking for a roommate for the apartment located in about a 7-minute walk from Keio Tobitakyū Station.※ 18 years of age or older woman only.

Since my current roommate will be moving out at the end of February 2015, I am looking for a female roommate who can move in after March.

It's the second floor / corner room of two-story apartment.
Floor Plan is 2LDK, there are two 6 tatami size of the rooms and one of them is available to use as a private room. The rest of the space such as kitchen/dining, living, bathroom, and toilet will be shared.

Surrounding environment is a residential area.There are several convenience stores on the way from the station to the apartment, There is also a small supermarket that is open until 22:00.

Around the Chofu Station which is 2 station away, there are some big department stores such as Parco and Seiyu. To Shinjuku is about 30 minutes by train.


<Initial cost>
10,000 yen as a deposit

<Monthly cost>
· Rent 48,000 yen (including Internet fee)
· The half amount of the total utility bills such as gas, electricity, water, incidentals for each month


<Equipment>
balcony,TV intercom, separate bath and toilet rooms, two-burner stove,
refrigerator, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, sofa, furniture, dining set etc are available to use.

- Pets are not allowed
