ベッド、エアコン、広い机、椅子、枕、シーツ、布団 全てあります。
マンションですが、ウォシュレット付きトイレが二つあります。
そして、広いベランダがあり、日当たり良好♪
夏は涼しく、冬はあったかいですよ。

Hi. We are looking for a new foreigners who wants to live in the vacant room in our house in Hibarigaoka, Tokyo.
Hibarigaoka is 17minuites far from Ikebukuro by train.
And our room is 4minuites walk from Hibarigaoka station. So conviniet!
There are the department Parco, the big supermarket Seiyu and Olympic, convinience stores and hospitals around our home.

My mother is Taiwanese and she speaks Japanese and Manderin.
My father is Japanese and he speaks Japanese, English and little Chinese.
I speak Japanese, English and Chinese and live in another place in Saitama.
So don't worry about communications here.

Rental fee
50000 including water, electoricity and gas

Room
bed, pillow, sheets, huton, large desk, chair, closet, large balcony

There are two restrooms. one is 1st floor and the other one is 2nd floor.
Both are with washlet.
