only 2 mins walk from kanda sta(chuo,yamanote,keihintohoku,ginza line)which is next to tokyo sta.
the rent is 60000 yen per month(all including) and the deposit is 20000 yen(of course u can get it back when u leave).
here kanda is very convinient to go anywhere and this guesthouse is really reasonable for the location & the facilities and whats more, internet, shower and washing machine are totally free.
all nationalities are welcome.if you dont speak jpns, thats no problem cos we have got a flatmate who speaks english & chinese and im working as a jpns language teacher.
