部屋は6畳(カギ付)の個室で、押入とちょっとした収納があります。
現在、僕(32歳日本人)と30代カナダ人男性1人、20代日本人女性1人
で一緒に住んでいます。
普通の一軒家(4ldk)です。

西日暮里(jr山手線徒歩9分、千代田線徒歩8分)
新三河島(京成線徒歩3分)
三河島(常磐線徒歩10分)

東京・銀座へ20分程度160-190円
新宿・渋谷へ30分程度190円
赤坂・表参道へ20分程度190-230円

共有設備は冷蔵庫、電子レンジ、洗濯機、catv、無線lanなどキッチンとリビングにあるもので、生活に必要なものはほとんどそろっていると思います。

家賃は52000円と水道光熱費(人数割り)約8000円程度になります。

we are looking for a room-mate for a 4-bedroom house near nishinippori station on the yamanote line from this month.

location:
nishinippori st.(chiyoda line(metro)):8 min walk
nishinippori st.(jr line(20 min for shinjuku)):9 min walk
mikawashima st.(joban line):10 min walk
shinmikawashima st.(keisei line):3 min walk

share facilities:1 bathroom, 2 toilets, 1 kitchen (10 sqm.), living room (8 tatami-mat), wireless internet, washing machine,microwave oven, refrigerator, cable tv, audio, desktop pc,etc...

there are three people living in the house currently, one canadian guyand one japanese girl, and me(japanese guy).

rent is 52,000 yen/month for working professionals and 50,000 yen/month for students(utilities are excluded).
monthly:52,000+utility(avg8,000)=about 60,000 yen.a deposit of 52000 yen is required but is refunded on moving out with the room in good condition.
