shared kitchen,bathroom,living room.there is fridge/freezer, microwave,tv,washing machine etc..
the rent is 65,000 yen per month,plus 9,000 yen utilities,2,000 yen internet,500 yen for (toilet paper,washing soap,etc..) 12,000 yen initial cost for 1 year,and 1 month deposit.
the house is 7 minute walk from setagayadaita station with the odakyu line,also 15 minutes to shimokitazawa station with the odakyu line and inogashira line,20 minutes to sangenjyaya station with the denentoshi line.
only 5 minites to shibuya,10 minites to shinjuku from shimokitazawa station.
only non smoking,cats friendly plz.
