room 4 1F 空　和室6畳　押入れ　ベッド有　30000円

駐輪場在り　自転車貸出3台まで(無料)
マイカーお持ちの方は徒歩1分以内の駐車場に空き在り(月5000円)

各部屋エアコン完備
浴室乾燥機
食器　調理器具　冷蔵庫　電子レンジ等生活必要品はあります。
自転車15分圏内に大型スーパー等があり生活には困りません

最低滞在日数1か月
退去時一か月前に連絡お願いします
補償金　家賃一か月分(何も無ければ退去時返金します)
光熱費別　5000円
