I live in the 14th floor of a 16 story apartment which has 1 living room+2 rooms (2LDK Apt, 57㎡) and currently there are 2 Japanese guy living(include me) in the apartment.
the other guy will be moving out some time soon(until the end of October),
So I'm looking for someone who is willing to live with me.
You can have 10㎡ private Western-style room, available from the end of October.
Rent: 70,000yen/month
Utilities: 8,000yen/month
Deposit: 78,000 yen (as one month's rent)
*If you're renting my room by yourself, you need to pay over 200,000yen/month
1min by walk from Shinagawa seaside Station
10min by walk from Oimachi Station
15min by bus from Shinagawa Station
Easy access by walk to BIG shopping mall(AEON shopping mall, opens until 0AM).
very peaceful neighborhood, basically familly-friendly area.
The apartment is clean(built in 2007, 9years old) .
There's 24hour open convenience store nearby(30sec by walk).
The Cooking room is furnished and most of the staff in kitchen is already equipped.

- Mid 30s Japanese guy
- speak Japanese/English
- work in the TV industry
I might be able to provide a HUTON(a Japanese-style mattress) for this room, but you need to prepare the other staff(like sheets and blanket) by yourself.
