六本木のIT系の会社に務めています。
家にいるのは、基本的には週末で、平日は9:00～23:00で
会社にいて、たまに帰ってこない日もあります。

同居人が出ていったため、新しくシェアできる方を
探しています。

新築で、個室の物件です。
風呂・トイレ別、冷蔵庫、キッチン、電子レンジありです。

2階建てになっていて、1階に8畳程度の個室、
2階には、12畳程度の部屋があって、キッチンがついています。
1階に、風呂・トイレがあります。

1階の個室を貸し出したいと思っています。

駒込駅から徒歩6分で、近所には24時間スーパーやコンビニも
あり、立地としては結構いいです。

家賃は、共益費込みで、7万円です。

時期としては、6月頭が理想的です。

ルールとかは何も決めていないので、インスペクションで来てもらって、
気に入れば話し合おうかと思っています。

まだ、1階の部屋を空にできていないですが、参考までに
写真を数枚載せます。
