I am looking for a housemate in my 2DK apartment. This apartment is rather new and I have kept it pretty clean. You will have a spacious private room with a 160cm bed, walk-in closet, storage for clothes, chair and air-conditioner in your room. The entrance way leads to your room and my room is separate so you will have privacy. We share the dining/kitchen, bathroom/laundry area and the toilet which has a washlet. My home is fully furnished and you should find everything you need, except I do not have a TV.
I hope to find a housemate who does not make much noise, and who likes to keep clean. Non-smoker, and preferably female and someone who can rent for at least 6 months. Rent is 60,000 + 10,000 for wifi/electricity/water/gas. Available from October.
The apartment is 5 minutes in foot to Shin-koganei station and 15 minutes to JR Higashi-koganei station.
