“About Carpe Diem house”
We have been around in Kyoto for a longer time, busy solving difficulties foreigners face when trying to settle in Japan or just trying to create a wonderful experience here in Kyoto - whether you are looking for a job or just want to hang out with locals.
We have great news! Our Carpe Diem cultural exchange parties are taking off, and we have decided to create an even better experience for foreigners in Kyoto by opening a brand-new 50-50 shared house! This means we are looking for 8 tenants, of which 50% are Japanese and 50% are from a foreign country. Are you ready to fully immerse in the Japanese culture in no time?
You can contact us for detailed information, but here are some important notes:
- There are 6 bedrooms in total
- At Carpe Diem house we differentiate ourselves from other share houses by focusing on comfort - each room is equipped with a large single bed for an optimal night’s rest!
- You will live with 7 other flatmates
- There is one bathroom and two toilet
- It's very peaceful and accessible area , just a 3-minute walk from Iwakura Station and 15 minutes from Kokusai Kaikan Sation (subway)
- We also rent out bicycles for our tenants - you will have your own!
-3 mins away from local supermarket and liquor shop.
-5mins away from convenience store such as seven eleven and lawson.

Carpe diemは外国に外国人として生活した経験を元に、日本国内在住の外国籍の方へのneedsに応えるために設立、運営しております！
【Carpe diem運営のシェアハウスの特徴】
1、全部屋個室のセミダブルのベッドを完備。ワンランク上のシェアハウスlife。
2、生活に必要な食器や家具、電化製品は全て取り揃えておりますので、一人暮らし等に掛かる高額な費用を抑えることができます。スーツケース１つで入居可能です。
3、入居者の50%が外国人 (50:50)。ポリシー上日本人と外国人の比率を半分にしております。そうすることでお互いの国の文化や言語交換の空間を作り上げます。
4、毎日英語を話す環境。
5、敷金,礼金, 無し。高額な初期費用を抑えられる(家賃1ヶ月分のボンドだけ預かっています。何もなければ退去時にお返しします(^^))
6、Carpe diem groupのスタッフは全員、海外留学、海外勤務、ワーホリ経験有り。これから留学したい、ワーホリしたい方は経験者と貴重な情報、留学体験をシェア出来ます！こちらを活用することで、高額な留学エージェント代を抑えることができます！
7、京都は国内屈指の訪日外国人観光客数を誇る都市です。英語を活用できる求人が多いです。
8、自転車を貸し出しております。1人1台自分の専用車を持てます。
今回の物件は叡山電鉄岩倉駅から徒歩3分
地下鉄烏丸線 国際会館駅から徒歩11分の物件です。徒歩五分圏内にコンビニ、スーパーマーケット、リカーショップ、パン屋等の生活に必要なお店が揃っています。
募集枠は8名で、
その内の3名、又は4名の日本人の方を受け入れるつもりです。
7月1日 OPEN予定で募集人数は8名のうち残り3名の方を募集します^_^
