i am 27 years old and am a language teacher.
i am staying at higashi-omiya station which is 2 stops from omiya (5min).
my place is just 1min from the station.
you can reach shinjuku in 30 mins from the station.
i have an existing 2ldk apartment with a room for lease.
room size is 6 tatami mats.
you can always use my furnitures.
the house comes with the cable and thus internet usage is unlimited.
this time, i'm actually looking for a share mate for improving my english mainly.
i teach english and japanese so if you would like to study japanese i can help your japanese.
but i wanna be a good house share mate, living comfortably is the first thing
so i'll ask you and we can decide together how much we can do the language exchange thing, study eagerly or just asking when one of us have a question... up to you.
i used to do house sharing with foreigners before.
i like housework, i keep my place clean.
