３階の２Kアパートの中の１つ部屋を貸します。
期間は２０２０年4月から6月までになります。（延長できるかもです。）
自分はもう一つの部屋に住んでいますので、女性の方のみお願いします。
シングールベット洗濯機、冷蔵庫、電子レンジ、たんす、せんぷうき、クーラーなど、全部あります。
インターネットはないです。
軽自動車の駐車場がありますが、追加５０００になります。
光熱費などは半分折半でお願いします。（３０００−４０００くらいです）

アパートの下すぐバス亭があって、コンビニ、スーパ、飲み屋、薬屋さん、全部歩いて５分以内、とても便利な場所です。
初期費用は１ヶ月分の敷金と１ヶ月の家賃になります。退居た時、ルームの壁や床が傷特になかったら、全額を返金します。
沖縄や宜野湾に住んでみたい方にはいいところだと思います！

1 room available in a 2 rooms apartment, on 3rd floor, in Ginowan Ojana 3.
It is for short-term lease, from April to June. (could be prolonged, would inform you by beginning of May)
I will be staying in anther room so I am looking for a female roommate ^_^
You will have a single bed, air conditioning, a fan, space for clothes in your room.
Refrigerator, oven, kitchenware are shared in the kitchen.
Space for yellow-plate car parking is available for 5000yen on request.
Fee for electricity, water, gas will be share by you and me.

There is a bus stop right down of the apartment.
Supermarket, connivence store, drug store, lots of restaurant are within 5 minutes on foot.
I ask 1 month deposit and 1 month rent to be paid before-head.
All deposit will be refunded when you move out if there is no damage of the room's floor and wall and furniture etc.
I think it is a nice place for those who wanna live for a while in Okinawa or Ginowan.
