I'm renting a place near Tottori station(Less than 30 mins walking and 10 mins by car). Very convinient location. The contract will start as 1 month, then we can negotiate about the extension. I can prepare the basic furniture. The bath and the kitchen is shared although my family member rarely uses.
The rent is the maximum, so negotiable.
