江東区にドミトリータイプとツインタイプのインターナショナルシェアハウスを構えており、現在空きが出たため、住居者を募集しております。最寄り駅はメトロ東西線の木場駅とJR京葉線の潮見駅です。
ルームメイトは20歳～30歳のヨーロッパ人、オーストラリア人、カナダ人で共用キッチンや定期的な清掃・消毒（現在は毎日）等行っており、清潔でモダンなデザインなシェアハウスです。
男性用ドミトリー・女性用ドミトリー、どちらも空きがあるためお気軽にご連絡ください。
ドミトリータイプは月38000円/人、ツインルームは50000円/人です。最短1か月から契約可能で、礼金（入居金）、鍵代、清掃費はかかりません。（敷金のみ35000円かかりますが、退去時に破損等がなければ返却されます）
コロナウィルスの感染拡大を防ぐため、弊社運営シェアハウスでは以下を徹底して行っております。
- 毎日4時間の換気
- すべての洗面台・キッチンの水面台にハンドソープを設置
- 共用スペースの定期清掃
- DIYマスク作成のための縫製用具の無料貸し出し
- 看護士免許保持スタッフ常勤（※英語・日本語・タガログ語OK）

We have beds available at dorm rooms and twin rooms in our centrally located share house between Kiba Station (Metro Tozai line) and Shiomi station (JR Keiyo line) in Koto-ku, Tokyo.
The house has an international atmosphere and the other residents are mostly Europeans, Australians and Canadians between 20 and 30 years of age. Modern and fully equipped shared kitchens and sanitary installations. Female/male separated dorms available.
Dorm bed 38,000 JPY/month per person. Twin bed 50,000 JPY/month per person, all utilities and wifi inclusive. Minimum duration 1 month. No entrance fee, no key money, no cleaning fee. Safety deposit 15000 JPY (refundable).
In order to prevent the spread of the new corona virus, the following safety measures are implemented by our staff:
+ door handles, kitchen surfaces, tables, toilet seats etc. are disinfected daily
+ all rooms are aired 4 hours daily
+ liquid hand soap provided for free at all sinks
+ common spaces are cleaned several times per week
+ materials to make DIY face covers available for free at the office
+ staff member with nursing license available on site
