personal facilities: half of a closet, wireless internet,  (futon  may be available) 
common facilities: kitchen wares, appliances 
surrounding environment: 40minutes to kyoto by shinkansen train, 30 minutes to nagoya by train, 15 minutes bus ride to the closest train station, markets and restaurants walkable distance 

requires: understanding the sharing of a house, not home-stay, keep clean in the common area, non smoker, no pets, no loud noise at night

共同の設備：冷蔵庫など、一般的なものがそろっています。皿などは共有可です。シーツやタオルなど個人的なものは、ご用意ください。 
近隣環境：スーパー、バス停、近いです。 最寄り駅までバスで１５分。 
条件：ペット不可、喫煙不可、夜遅くの騒音はだめです、シェアハウスの意味をご理解いただける方、家の掃除に積極的に協力していただける方
