2階の部屋1は、８帖の洋室で、奥にベッド、手前に３帖ロフト（下は１．７帖のクローゼット）、真中に６帖のスペースがありますので３人が住めます。
部屋は鍵付、家具付（本棚・テーブル・収納ケース）。必要ならタンスや３面鏡も用意できます。
部屋は大きな出窓付、エアコン付、南向きで日当たりは抜群、無線ＬＡＮでインターネット可能。
2階のベランダ、キッチン・トイレ（ウオッシュレット付）・洗面台、冷蔵庫等は共用です。
１階には４帖の台所、５帖の食堂、８帖の居間があります。調理器具・食器・冷蔵庫、洗濯機・乾燥機などの生活必需品はすべて揃っています。今回は初めてなので、３名（女性限定）募集します。
家賃は１人当たり月34,000円、光熱費は月5,000円。

練馬区は23区内で最も生活費（特に食料品）が安い区です。
ハウスシェアの利点は、広くて安い、カバン１個で入居できる、お互いに協力しあえる、等です。マンションに比べて一軒家のハウスシェアの利点は、玄関・台所・浴室・洗面所・トイレ等が広い、台所・洗面所・トイレは1階と2階の両方にある、各部屋は玄関・浴室・洗面所・トイレと廊下でつながっているので他人を気にせずに行ける、各部屋の日当たり・通気がよい、などです。
