The nearest station is a two-minute walk from Araiyakushimae Station on the Seibu Shinjuku Line. It's an 8-minute train ride to Takadanobaba and a 12-minute train ride to Seibu Shinjuku. It's a 15-minute walk from JR Nakano Station. It's in a quiet residential area. There's a convenience store a minute's walk away, a coin laundry, and a room available on the second floor. Beds, storage furniture, electricity, water, and gas are included, so you can start living right away. The living room, kitchen, toilet, and bathroom are shared. The kitchen and living room are especially spacious, so cooking enthusiasts will appreciate it. There is also a full-size dishwasher, making cleanup very convenient. All utilities are included in the rent. We use ozone cleaners to maximize infection prevention. Smoking is prohibited indoors. Please inquire for details. Pets are not allowed.
