there is　5mats room available in a new tower apartment from middle of january．
located 10min. from jr shinagawa station (by walk).
shinagawa is a terminal station of yamanote, keihintohoku, yokosuka, tokaido lines and tokaido shinkansen(bullet train).
shibuya is 10min, shinjuku is 15min, and tokyo is 12min from shinagawa sta. by yamanote line.
there are direct accesses to both narita(tokyo) and haneda airport by train or limousine bus from shinagawa sta.

the rent fee is 53000yen per month.
additional 7,000yen per month will be charged for internet, electricity, gas, and water fee.
room has a wardrobe, single bed, desk, individual room key and air conditioner.
the key money is 50,000yen. if you stay more than half a year, it will be entirely refunded.
but if you stay less than half a year, refund amount will be only 25,000yen.

our rooms are on 40th floor, so we can enjoy great view of tokyo bay from our common living room.
also common living room has big tv, dvd(blue-ray) player, and nintendo wii.
other necessary appliances are available, such as refrigerator, microwave, washing machine and so on.

now japanese guy ,korean girl, austｒalian girl live in our apartment.
