※諸事情ある方、身分証明書のみでお急ぎで入居可能です。まずは一ヶ月以内として当月日割り＋前家賃（デポジット含む6万円）＋水道・光熱費代5000円だけですぐ入れます。一ヶ月以内に退去の場合はデポジット（2万円）お返しします。継続の場合は期間など相談になります。
