I am looking for a roommate to share a 1K apartment in the Omori Station area.
You might be surprised by a "1K share," but since I work a lot and am only home a few times a month, I feel it’s a waste to keep the place just for sleeping. I’m looking for someone who wants to save on living costs and cooperate with each other.
[Requirements]
• Rent: ¥30,000 / month (All utilities included! No deposit/key money needed!!)
• Gender: Female preferred (I value cleanliness and good manners, so I prefer a female roommate who keeps the space tidy).
• Duration: Both short-term and long-term stays are welcome.
