笹塚は京王線で新宿から一駅、京王新線で初台、幡ヶ谷の次の駅です。下北沢や代々木上原にも徒歩１５分程度でとても便利でにぎやかなですが、住宅地は静かで落ち着いていて住みやすい町です！
十号通り商店街、十号坂商店街や笹塚大通り商店街はチェーン店から個人の居酒屋、レストラン、バー、衣料店、古着屋、カフェ、八百屋、写真屋、なんでもありますが、比較的こじんまりとした雰囲気のある店ばかりです。駅近くにカラオケや劇場等も在り、笹塚ボウルはとても有名なボーリング場です！
そんな笹塚駅から南に徒歩1分の場所に私たちのシェアハウスはあります。住宅地の静かな一角にありますが、ローソンやセブンイレブン、図書館などは歩いてたったの３０秒なので、とにかく便利です！
共同スペースはキッチン、トイレ、お風呂。調理器具や家電等は現在準備中ですが、引越をして来られる方がすぐに新しい生活を始められるようなものをそろえています。
家には駐輪スペース（小型のバイクもおけると思います）もついています！
お部屋は4.5畳から6畳、たたみもフローリングもあり、バルコニー、押し入れ、ベッドや机などの家具も備え付けです！
the house is only 1min walk from sasazuka station but it is in residential area with quiet neighbourhood. and one of those rooms available from feb is 6mats large private room, it has a lot of oshiire space(japanese built-in closet), too so if you have a lots of clothes, instruments, books and whatever.
the rent is from 55,000yen and the utilities are 7,500yen, separated from the rent. move in costs deposit and first month rent. no other fees are needed so first come first serve!
the house is also close to shimokitazawa west exit, where keio inokashira line stops, its 15min walk, 3min by bicycle.
