９月から、海外へ赴任するため、池尻大橋徒歩2分の日当たりのよい一軒家の２階・８畳ほどで大きなクローゼットと専用のベランダがついた洋室が空きます。
渋谷、三軒茶屋へは徒歩２０分ほど、中目黒にも、目黒川の緑道沿いに歩いて行けます。春は桜がとても綺麗です。
物件は、２階建てで、２階に２０畳ほどのリビングダイニングとシステムキッチン。お風呂、トイレ、脱衣スペースに洗濯機と乾燥機が各階にそれぞれあります。広い屋上があり、天気の良い日には屋上で食事することもできます。
現在、各階に３部屋づつ個室があり、私を含めて日本人５名（女性４名：男性１名）とロシア人の女性が暮らしています。日本語で会話していますが、英語でもＯＫの環境です。全員社会人です。
光熱費は、電気・水道・ガス・インターネット・ケーブルテレビの料金を、月ごとに、実際にかかった分で６人で均等にシェアしています。毎月を平均して8000円くらいです。
周囲は住宅街でとても静かで、隣にセブンイレブン、スーパー徒歩５分圏内に２軒、ドラッグストアも徒歩３分ほどのところにあります。

the 2 stories house is very large, 2 cozy bathrooms and 2 toilets at each floor. centrally located sunny 8 mat room in second floor with private balcony and large closets.
very spacious house 2 min walk to ikejiri-oohashi station and 20min walk to shibuya, sangenchaya and nakameguro .
the house will be shared with 5 other professional workers, 4 japanese and 1 russian (1 japanese guy and 4 girls). the people are out going and kind.
not only japanese speaker, also english speaker welcome!!
the house has large living room, full equipped kitchen, internet, cable tv, washer and dryer also an amazing roof top to entertain during summer.
utility will be shared by 6 people, the average is ￥8000 included electricity, gas, water, cable tv, and internet.
