鉄筋構造アパートの3階で、それぞれの部屋は6畳、収納がたっぷりあります。
留学するため、ほとんど家具は置いていくので新たに用意する必要はありません。

this apartment is located 2 minutes walk from 学芸大学駅(gakugei-daigaku) ,where express trains stop, on tokyutoyoko line.
just seven minutes to shibuya, 23 minutes to yokohama.

around the apartment, vegetable stores, tsutaya, bakery, many cafeterias and restaurants.

3rd floor in reinforced structure apartment. your room is 10m2 and contains enough space of closet.

you don't have to prepare a desk, chair, sofa, shelf, music stereo because most furniture will be left.
