Looking for housemates to move in together next spring around Shinagawa. Ideally we'll have up to four housemates, each with a private room. Up to 70000yen including utilities. Initial moving costs, furniture etc are to be further discussed.

- who can communicate either in Japanese or English
- who loves the outdoors

来年の春に品川近くに引っ越したいのですが、ひとり向けの物件はキッチンやリビングが狭いので、できればのびのびと暮らせそうな所を探しています。4人ほど集まれば一軒家を探してもいいかなと思っています。

アメリカで6年ほどハウスシェアしていました。アウトドアが好きで、リビングの内装もアウトドア風にしたいので、趣味が重なる人がいれば嬉しいです。一緒に住む方が決まってから物件探しやハウスルール決めをしていけたらと思います。
