落ち着いた方だと嬉しいです。

料理は得意なので
良かったらお弁当は任せて下さい。
(調理師免許持ってます。)

エキゾチックアニマルを
きちんと診ていただける動物病院さんが
近くにあることが前提となります。

家具･家電などは
全て揃っていますので
一緒に使っていただいて構いません。
家賃は1人当たり4～5万以内に収められたら
万々歳かなと思っています。

I live with my baby boy chinchilla “Fuku” so if you are kind to small animals it will be a very nice room share life.

I don’t smoke. Don’t drink either. I’m patient.
I love cooking. I can make Japanese bento for you if you like.

Rental fee is going to be 40000-50000max /each I think(includes wifi).
It depends on where we’ll live in.

I have microwave,refrigerator, dining table, sofa, and so on. You can use them.

Hopefully there’ll be an animal hospital for small animals.
