１２月中旬からアパートを契約したものの、
こちらの状況が変わり、住まないことになりました。
全く使ってないので、受け渡された状態のままキレイですが、家具もありません。（小さい冷蔵庫と電気コンロは、備え付けであります。）

広さは５、９帖、小さな庭がついています。
家賃は６万円、電気水道ガスなどは使った分だけ、普通にアパートを借りるのの初期費用がかからないものと思ってください。

最寄り駅は学芸大学か祐天寺になりますので、駅周りに不便はありません。
駅から１５分くらい歩いたところで、近くに小学校や公園のあるいい環境です。

room in meguro, tokyo for sublet.

i rent 1room apartment in meguro in dec last year,
but i don't use there at all, so it's clean.
also there is no furniture. (only small refrigerator and hotplate are there.)

a six-mat room and a little garden.
the rent is 60,000 yen per month.
the public utilities charges as much as you used it.
please think this way it's just normal renting room without downpayment.

the nearest stations are gakugei-daigaku and yutenji.
15min from stations by walk, and there are school and park near the apartment.
