Hi, I’m renting out a room from 22th to 29th April.
Per night is ¥3500 including utilities and I’d be happy to negotiate the price especially if staying longer.
It is In Daikokucho where basically have everything.
3mins walk to Midosuji Daikokucho station and 5mins walk to JR Imamiya station.
Only 10mins to Namba by train or 20mins walk.
Convenient store, restaurants and super market is also less than 5mins distance there are parks and shrines too so just walking around is nice too.
Super easy to access to any parts of Osaka.
The room size is comfortable using up to 3 people.
I have 1 single bed, couch bed and Tatami.
It has rooftop as sharing space where you can smoke and hang your laundry.
Welcome for negotiation as long as you pay up front and especially stay here longer who is decent ( not too loud after passed midnight and use the house not too messily )
