i am in search for a private room to rent in the nakano area, or where i can easily commute to nakano. i am hoping to move during january or february. i have no preference for the property type or room type.

- rent budget up to 70,000yen all inclusive, however, the cheaper the better!
- in the nakano area or within commuting distance to the nakano area, as my office is near nakano shinbashi.
