オーストラリア人の男性、ベジテリアンとシェア。９月１日から部屋が空きます。空いてる部屋は８畳以上洋室、日当り良い、ベランダあり。タバコ吸わない人が希望です。リビンーグとキチンも広くて落ち着いてる空間。広い屋上もあります。１階はマッサージのお店。
海までチャリで１５分。周辺にはスーパ、コンビニーなだあります。
辻堂は、jrで東京まで50分くらいの所で、駅にも近いので便利です。
楽しく生活できたらいいなと思います。

i'm looking for a sharemate as my current sharemate will move out at the end of august.
the house is located 7 mins walk from tsujido station on the tokaido line. the house is a large 3 storey, 4ldk house. the rent is ¥65000 per month plus shared utilities and 1 month deposit (to be refunded when moving out).
i am an australian guy who is a vegetarian and into healthy living. i would prefer a non-smoker and also somebody interested in healthy living.
the available room is at least 8 tatami size and has great natural light and opens onto a large veranda. currently i am growing some vegetables on the veranda.
the living and kitchen rooms are very large and the living space is very relaxing.
the first floor is a massage/healing centre business.
the beach is only 15 mins by bicycle and there are supermarkets and convenience stores nearby. the surrounding area is very quiet.
tokyo station is only 50 mins by train.
