緑が多く、週末は都会の喧騒から離れて吉祥寺あたりをぶらぶらできます。
部屋の広さは4,5畳の洋室(完全個室)、家賃35000円(共益費は別途ですが、大体5000円くらい)
引越しは年明けの1月3日～予定です。
私は隣の6畳の和室ですが、夜遅くほとんどお家では過ごさないと思います。

hi, i am looking for the member who can share the appartment with me.
-peivate room (western style7.45㎡: approximately tatami 4,5mats)
-35000yen ( approximately 5000yen for utilities, depends on the month)
-available from 2nd or 3rd in january
-yagawa station (jr nambu line) just 1 min,
access to the station kunitachi 10mins walk & easy access to shinjuku station 40 mins (jr yamanote line) by one train and kichizyoji station 20mins (chuo line) by train 6 bicycle.
kichijyoji is not touristic but very popular because of its atomosphere with a full of nice cafes, restaurants & galleries with a nostalsic japanese air.it's the no.1 area to live in among japanese people but expensive.
so, you can save your money to live in the neighborhood and have a special life, which anyone can't imitate in tokyo.

to introduce myself, i am working at the sweets' company and learned about fashion in london. i like the house interiors and arts.i speak french as well.
