It's a little far from the trains stations but the bus stop is in front of my apartment and the bus come every 5-10 minutes. It's not inconvenient. The bus go to Akabane, Oji, Oji-kamiya, Kohoku, Nishiarai in about 10-15 minutes. Akabane is a terminal station and very convenient.
And this apartment is pretty good. Living room is very wide and clean.
You can use a private room and living room and so on with 39000yen and utility costs(electricity, water, gas, wi-fi and common space stuffs like tissue, paper, kitchen soap etc) 10000yen a month.
Cleaning deposit 50000yen.
